Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my package? 
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, once your order leaves our warehouse a tracking number is issued. At that time you will receive an automated email with a link to continue to track your order.


I ordered multiple items yet only received one.
Larger items often ship in 2 packages, the second item is usually delivered within a few days of the first. 


My order tracking has not changed.
Most orders will be delivered by your local Postal carrier, occasionally you may find that your tracking information does not update for a few days, this is totally normal and your package is still making it's way to you while there is no tracking update.
